One pear & two ripe bananas just scream " MUFFINS!". I often mix white (unbleached) flour & whole wheat flour in order to get a soft light texture but to me, whole wheat has a lot of flavor.
I used my Banana Nut Bread recipe but it seemed like the consistency was way too dry. I ended up adding a TBS of almond milk at a time (8 TBS) until it started to look more like batter. I will have to repeat this process & make sure it wasn't a one time thing.
